Follow up inspection to MTRG-B82UJD. The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection. - Full time staff will be taking Foodsafe Level 1 - Paper towel dispenser installed and paper towels available at handwashing sink - Supply of single use, disposable plastic gloves available for staff to use to spreading cocktail fruit on cakes, ensure gloves are changed as often as one would wash hands - Refuse container available for disposing refuse - Cake decorating area maintained in good sanitary condition during time of inspection
