Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted frozen meat being defrosted at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Defrost all PHF either in cooler over night or under cold running water ( in water proof packaging). Corrected at time of visit.

Corrective Action(s): Deep clean the entire facility.
