Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Observed ice scoop stored on top of the ice machine which pay contaminate the scoop with dirt and other contaminants.
Correction: Obtain a proper container to store the ice scoop.

Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Two small coolers in the kitchen measured >4C. Probe thermometer read 8C in prep cooler and 11C in three tier cooler. Employee noted that they moved foods from the walk-in cooler to these smaller coolers in the morning. They were directed to move them back to the walk-in cooler unti the coolers are able to maintain 4C or below.
Correction: Monitor temperature and call for repair if these coolers are unable to drop temperature to or below 4C. Do not store perishable foods in these cooler until temperature drops.
Comments

Following corrective actions were observed:
- Low temp dishwasher is able to produce 50ppm at plate's surface
- Prep cooler by the oven was at 2C, but the side closer to the oven (3 layer door) measured 7C at the time of inspection. Only small portions of foods are stored in this cooler. Operator noted that they may reinstall the fan inside the cooler to enhance cold air blowing towards the side closer to the oven.
- Ice scoop is stored on top of a plate. Obtain a bigger container.
