Handwashing sign provided and operator adhered on to wall
Knife holder by handsink is for produce cutting knives only; wodden block on meat table is for meat cutting only
Board installed as backsplash for meat cutting table; smooth material and easily cleanable
Bleach sanitizer available
No floor mats used, staffs do not need it anymore as informed by operator; no cardboard lining flooring either
A plus pest control and A Power pest solutions both service the facility; please send me reports for review for latter company
Mushrooms continue to be stored under refrigeration

*Please sand down raw wood under handsink station and add a garbage bin there for waste.
