Routine inspection conducted.

- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler at 4C
* Upright glass cooler at 3C
* Indian sweets display cooler at 7C, continue to monitor
- Chest freezer at -15C
* Hot holding unit maintaining food temperatures at >60C
Note: No longer using line cooler for cold storage

- Chlorine sanitizer concentration at 100ppm, cloths stored within
- Low temperature dishwasher available, concentration of chlorine residual at final rinse, at least 50ppm
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- Valid Foodsafe Level 1 certification available for staff on-site
- Employees wearing hair restraints during time of inspection - good
- Most foods kept covered with lids, continue this practice
