Test strips present for monitoring. Bleach sanitizer present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces. *Ensure sanitizer bottle is replace - spray not consistent No signs of pest activity noted during inspection. Back door closed during inspection. General sanitation of premises is excellent *Ensure knife block is capable of being taken apart and run through the dishwasher
