Observation: Styro foam box used to store cleaned plastic food containers.
Corrective Action(s): Styro foam is not a suitable reusable material, it can not be cleaned and sanitizer properly. Remove all foam containers and replace with food grade reusable plastic containers.

Follow-Up inspection:
-Significant improvement in sanitation
-Sanitizer buckets noted at 100 ppm chlorine
-Single re-useable cloth glove used to fillet fish soaking in sanitizer solution
-Metal panels by back 2 comp sink removed and replaced by smooth, durable, non-absorbent laminate tile pieces. Surfaces around sinks, corners and janitor sink has been re-painted.
***Install laminate tiles around janitor sink to protect walls against splashing and damage.
-Janitor mop bucket empty in janitor sink
-Food in container stored off the ground.
-Back designated handsink supplied with hot & cold water liquid soap and paper towel. Hot water turned back on.
-Large rice bin has lid - protected food
-Wooden top shelves have been covered by laminate tiles to protect wood. Recommend additional re-painting of wood
-Food covered in back standing cooler
