Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in pail measured at less than 50 ppm. 100-200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the pail with 200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Discussed with the staff that bleach sanitizer pail should be switched out when visibly dirty.

Observation: Ambient air temperature for the sandwich cooler measured at 13C. Staff stated the technician came and serviced the sandwich cooler on Jan 14, 2020.
Corrective Action(s): Service and fix the sandwich cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained. Do not store any potentially hazardous food in this cooler in the meantime. Correct by: Jan 20, 2020.
