Note: No food processing being done on site - General sanitation is satisfactory. - All coolers (upright) < or = 4C. - All freezers (walk in) < or = -18C - No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Highly recommend installing rubber seals at the bottom of the gate in the receiving area. - Random food items checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition. - Dry storage area is organized and food items are kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.
