- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towel
- Dishwasher final rinse temp of 80.6C. Two compartment sink with plugs available.
- All coolers (display, standing, and prep) measured 4C or less
- Standing freezer measured -18C or less
- Dipper well not used
- Temp logs available and maintainated (checked twice per day)
- Staff has valid and current FOODSAFE Level I certificate
