Observation: 1. Dirty (deeply scored with grey-black build up forming in grooves) plastic boards used to cover food products in walk-in cooler. Not in contact with food.
**Corrected during inspection** Staff removed boards when identified.
Only use clean food grade materials to cover foods.

Corrective Action(s): Do not store personal items next to foods meant for restaurant use. If personal food items are to be kept in restaurant cooler, it must be kept separate or stored below restaurant-use foods.

Signage above sink incorrect; Fraser Health signage provided
Staff observed to follow proper handwashing and glove changing procedures
Meat slicer observed in good sanitary condition

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
Pre-made pizza (dough and pizza sauce) stored at room temperature in wheeled bakery rack beside pizza prep station and oven
Stored at room temperature for lunch rush only; after 2 hours, pizza is to be stored covered in walk-in cooler
