- Hand sinks have hot and cold water, soap and paper towel - No new menu items - Coolers <4C - Freezers -18C - Hot-held foods >60C - Temperature logs are in use - Dish washer produces 50 to 100ppm chlorine sanitizer - Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle and bucket with cleaning cloths, measured 100ppm - Food storage is on shelving and foods are protected - No evidence of pests at the time of inspection Recommendation: Screen door is starting to fall into disrepair and may need fix/replacement in the near future in order to ensure exclusion of pests.
