Inspection report: 252964

Met with Grace RPN and obtained the following information:

- All food handlers are certified
- Daily temp logs are available/posted
- Sanitation plan - followed and in place
- High temp dishwasher reached 71C at the plate surface , final rinse
- Quat used as approved sanitizer, measured at 200ppm

Future recommendations:
- Please ensure all food handlers are wearing protective clothing ( aprons ) and hair protection ( while cooking or serving food )
- Any future renovations please submit the new floor plan to your district inspector for approval
- Please ensure to resurface sealer around the 2 compartment sinks ( it is moldy )
- Please keep personal belongings ( lunch boxes ) away from the food preparation area ( some available space in the dry storage area )

NOTE: hand wash and dishwashing signs are enclosed for your future reference
