- Handsinks are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- All coolers, except for the small fridge under the espresso machine, measured <4C
- The small fridge measured 10C in the beginning of the inspection and dropped in temperature as the staff adjusted the temperature. Keep monitoring and ensure that the fridge measures 4C or below.
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
- Low temp. dishwasher achieved adequate chlorine concentration (>50ppm)
- Discussed cleaning method of ice flake machine. Ensure to sanitize the machine after cleaning.**
