Operator now has FoodSafe certificate, ensure to keep a copy on site
Did not observe any skewers of half cooked meats at time of follow up inspection. Discussed with owner, that any half cooked meats must be used within 2 hours. If you wish to transfer half cooked items into the cooler, this should be done after half cooking them.
Discussed the hanging rack for the meat skewers, rack is to be placed further away from the wall so that when meat is hung, it does not touch any surface of the cooler. Currently, a foil wrap has been placed on the cooler wall that is removed daily.
