- bleach available (sanitizer not made up as food is not being served; ensure that a 100ppm solution when food preparation is occurring)

NOTE: use regular plain Clorox wipes instead of Citrus scented only
**- Commercial dishwasher not warmed up at time of inspection -provided thermolabels for testing on cups through the -operator to forward results in email provided below
