Observation: Faucet appears to be stuck in the "on" position in the back two compartment sink. Hot water unable to turn off.
Sink stopper does not stay closed and requires a piece of plastic under the sink to hold the stopper in place (not in contact with water).

Repair sink stopper before it becomes a larger problem.

- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Hair restraints in use - BEARD-NET IN USE - EXCELLENT!
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed
- Vegetable choppers in good sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
