Comments

- Hand sink in front entrance of production area was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from main dispenser. Ensure solution in spray bottle is changed every few days.
- Both walk-in coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- Both walk-in freezers were measured to be below -18C
- Dry ingredient bins maintained in sanitary conditions
- Large bins are still being washed in receiving bay. Reminder that these bins must be sanitized and left to air dry as well.
- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary condition
- General sanitation is good
- Pest control in place, no signs of activity noted
- Temperature records well maintained
