Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Slush machine nozzles and milkshake dispenser nozzle area have mold growth and biofilm formation.
Corrective action: Staff cleaned and sanitized all above mentioned areas at time of inspection using 400ppm QUATS sanitizing solution. Adequate sanitation is necessary to prevent microbial growth and/or toxin production which may contaminate food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer for food-contact surface is not available at time of inspection.
Corrective action: Staff prepared Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer measuring at 400ppm QUATS at time of inspection. Adequate sanitizer is important to prevent microbial growth and/or toxin production. Only use food-grade sanitizer as they are designed for food-contact surfaces.

Observation: 3-compartment sink is broken at time of inspection.
Corrective action: Staff mentioned a technician is coming tomorrow and will fix it. Proper warewashing procedure discussed with staff at time of inspection for the duration the 3-compartment sink is unavailable. Proper 3-compartment sink is required to adequately wash-rinse-sanitize the equipment and to prevent microbial growth and/or toxin production in the equipment to prevent food contamination.

Observation: Handwashing sink faucet missing chaulking.
Corrective action: Technician will be onsite tomorrow and will address the issue as per staff. Chaulking around the faucet is required to prevent leaks into the cabinet underneath which may lead to potential mold growth due to moisture.

-Handwashing sink in front area and in employee washroom has hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towel.
-All coolers below 4C
-All freezers below -18C
-Chemicals store separate from food in designated area
-Straws, sugar satchets, coffee sticks are stored in sanitary condition
-No signs of pest noted at time of inspection
-Temperature log available for coolers and freezers.
-All food contact surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
