Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser did not have any paper towel at the hand washing station. Operator refilled the dispenser with paper towel such that the handwashing station is fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back garage door was open at the time of inspection. Operator had closed the garage door as it was not in use.

Routine Inspection
- Walk in cooler and freezer registered a temperature at or below 4 deg C and -18 deg C respectively.
Note: Both prep coolers are not able to maintain 4 deg C temperatures. Operator has called in to get the units replaced. No food storage is occurring in these units at the time of inspection.
- Handwashing station (see code 401)
- Three compartment sink is available for manual ware washing, drain plugs available
- Food contact sanitizer registered at 200 ppm QUATs
- Clean in place steps discussed for the flour mixer
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
- FoodSafe Level 1 requirement
- No signs of obvious pest activity, licensed pest control services in place
