ITEMS CORRECTED: - 2 new sink plugs have been obtained and in use - Three compartment sink set up with 200ppm Chlorine for sanitizing of food preparation surfaces - Facility has been thoroughly cleaned and rodent droppings have been removed ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Facility has ongoing severe rodent infestation. Continue to monitor for pests. Continue to clean with bleach sanitizer solution daily. - Ensure bleach sanitizer solution is set up in third compartment sink daily
