Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AZQPKZ: Preparation cooler serviced however ambient air temperature of lower section at 10 degrees C. Internal food product temperature for inserts at 8 degrees C. Sauces relocated to the walk in cooler. Preparation cooler with inserts requires further servicing. Ensure unit is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less at all times. Followup inspection required. Food containers in back area cleaned. Ensure food containers in this area are cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labeled identifying contents.
