Walk-in cooler: 3.2oC Walk-in freezer #1: empty and not in use at time of visit. Operator is replacing ceiling and has not been using freezer for a few months now. In the meantime, a shipping container is placed outside until freezer #1 can be used again. Shipping container freezer: -18oC Walk-in freezer #2: -8oC Foods are all stored above ground and in an organized manner General sanitation is satisfactory
