Discussed complaint received with regards to hand washing with the owner. No new droppings found. Pest control comes on site regularly. Hand sink at the end of the cook line has been repaired and is also fully stocked. Fume hood and the area underneath the grill was cleaned. Screen installed on the back door. A material that is smooth and easy to clean was installed behind the stove. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level. Check every day.
