Comments

Follow up inspection to report #F00106480:

- Undercounter cooler has been replaced with a new unit. The temperature was measured at 3C at the time of the inspection.
- Hot holding unit was measured at >60. Do not turn off the warmer.
- Most food items were covered inside the cooler. No double stacking observed at the time of the inspection.
- General sanitation has improved but still need cleaning in certain areas. See violation section above.
- Both handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. Faucet handles securely installed.
