Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ACLK-D3QSFG of Mar-26-2024 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishes are not being washed and sanitized, only washed and rinsed. Correction: Ensure dishes are be being washed, rinsed and sanitized in bleach solution at 100ppm. Sign is now posted above the sink. All surfaces must be sanitized using 100ppm solution as well. There is a spray bottle on site to be used now. Concentration of sink at 100ppm and spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine by the end of the inspection.
