Three upright coolers were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Three chest freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Steam tables were preheated to at least 60 degrees C in preparation for hot-holding.
Hot-held pizza was at or above 60 degrees C in the hot-holding unit.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in a container.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the third compartment sink unit.
Food storage areas were clean.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
