Observation: Back door in storage area has a gap at bottom right corner that could allow the entrance of rodents.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain thicker door seal or wider bottom door sweeper or plug hole with something that rodents cannot chew threw. Also reset traps in back storage room to monitor for rodents. Correct within one week.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All spray bottles except quats sanitizer were unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Owner labelled spray bottles at time of inspection. Anytime a chemical is removed from its original container, it must be labelled.

315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
Observation: Coolers in kitchen and front area lack thermometers or have inaccurate thermometers inside of them.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain new thermometers. All coolers must always have an accurate thermometer inside of it. Correct within one week.

-handsinks fully equipped
-quats spray bottle at 200ppm (comes pre-mixed in bottles)
-two bleach spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine
-high temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 71C internally at plate level after three runs, owner turned on at time of inspection, ensure to give dishwasher water time to heat up before using each day and monitor temperature gauges on outside of machine
-all coolers at 4C or less
-all freezers at -18C or less
-no signs of pests but continue to set traps to monitor
-no hot holding
