ITEMS CORRECTED: - Invoices provided to EHO prior to inspection - all food items confirmed to be from approved source - Sanitizer solution found at 200ppm for final sanitizing soak for those blender items (lid and blade) not able to be sanitized in dishwasher - Labeled items in display case "not for customer consumption" and fully cooked items placed inside cooler unit to be reheated as customers order the item - Discussed all items with owner and owner is aware of issues concerning sanitizing step requirement and cold holding of potentially hazardous food items
