Routine health inspection. Kitchen not in use at time of inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
Food is protected from potential contamination.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Other sinks also supplied with hot and cold running water.
High temperature dishwasher achieved 72 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more).
Staff able to prepare a bleach water sanitizer solution at 200 ppm chlorine bleach at the time of inspection. Ensure bleach water sanitizer is available for use during operations.
Stored equipment and utensils are in sanitary condition.
General sanitation good. Ventilation canopy in clean condition.
