Handsink in produce washing area equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Produce washing area maintained in sanitary manner
3 compartment sink with QUAT sanitizer at dispenser, measured to be at 200 ppm QUATS after running dispenser for 2 minutes. Ensure that staff are testing the sanitizer solution with their test strips to ensure it is at 200 ppm before sanitizing any utensils/knives, etc.
All temperatures satisfactory:
-Walk in dairy cooler: 1 deg C
-Walk in meat cooler: 1.2 deg C
-Walk in produce cooler: 2.3 deg C
-Walk in Freezer: -24 deg C
-General sanitation good
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Display/retail coolers all <4 deg C-
-Retail Freezers at <-18 deg C
-Audit of baby food items, did not observe any expired items
-Audit of various aisles with canned goods, did not observe any dented cans
