Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable cutting blades were found to have dried food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Equipment may require presoaking prior to washing. Cutter blades were washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Refrigeration units were at 4C/-18C and 4C/-12C.
-Soup was cooked to greater than 74C prior to serving (food is prepared and served)
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing). Wash and rinse temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray labelled and tested at 200pm.
-General food storage good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered, protected from contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Chef FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 1, 2024.
