The premise is not in service at the time of inspection.(Note: Will be open at 4pm). General sanitation good. Hand-sink (on the far side) supplied with hot/cold running water and liquid soap/paper towels. Ice bin - empty at the time of inspection. Ice scoop stored in sanitary manner. Beverage cooler < 3.5 C. Storage in the cooler - organized. Glass washer is not in use at the time of inspection. (Note: Ensure that during the service is meat the requirements.) No signs of pests noted. Surface sanitizer Quat at 200 ppm (spray).
