Observation: 2 wooden flooring boards are lifting on the joint under the grill area at the front. Small accumulation of food debris found between joints.

Hands sink stocked with hot and cold running water. Soap and paper towel. (*Ensure to not store take out containers beside sink as they will get contaminated with splash of water)
All coolers <4C, freezers <--18C. Thermometer available for temp monitoring
All foods in refrigeration units stored in containers, covered, and above ground, good stock rotation
Dry foods stored in covered containers, and above ground
Sanitizer solution in pails and spray bottles, tested at 200ppm quats
High temp dishwasher achieved 76.9C at plate level after final rinse
General sanitation satisfactory, minor attention attention in needed in hard to reach areas mentioned above, no signs of pests
