Follow up inspection for new kitchen:
Premises has been cleaned and organized.
Food Safety Plans and Sanitation Plans are available on-site.
Hot holding equipment (new and existing) all at 60C (140 F) or hotter.
Coolers in new kitchen and front service area are at <4 C (40 F).
Temperature records are being kept. Oil testing will be done (for deep fryer to be used for fresh cut fries and breaded chicken).
Ok to use new kitchen subject to all other required approvals.

The reach-in sandwich display cooler air temperature is also <4 C today.
