- Routine inspection.
- Hand sinks were accessible/unobstructed and properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach solution for sanitizing food-contact surfaces available at 200 ppm in a designated spray bottle. *One other spray bottle measured 0 ppm - see violation code 302 above.
- Triple-sink available for manual warewashing. Sink drain stoppers available.
- All coolers measured 4C or colder.
- Freezers measured -18C or colder.
- Hot-holding available at 60C or hotter.
- Secondary cook step is done for donair meats - good. Ensure any leftover cones at end of day are shaved down and undergo a secondary cook step prior to cooling for cold storage.
- Counter-top deep fryer was not in use at time of inspection. *Reminder that this counter-top deep fryer may only be used under your existing ventilation canopy.
- Accurate thermometers available.
- All food stored off the floor, with good separation between raw and ready-to-eat items. *Ensure all food is also stored properly covered - see violation code 209 above.
- Dry storage area satisfactory.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
