3 door pizza prep station: 5.4°C
Walk-in cooler: 3.2°C

Sanitation:
Handwash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
Bleach sanitizer in pails measured 100ppm
3 compartment sink on site, sanitizer measured 100ppm by end of inspection
Staff observed to follow proper handwashing procedures
Meat slicer observed in good sanitary condition

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
Pre-made pizza (dough and pizza sauce) stored at room temperature in wheeled bakery rack beside pizza prep station and oven
Stored at room temperature for lunch rush only; after 2 hours, pizza is to be stored covered in walk-in cooler
