Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At this inspection dated September 15, 2022 there were 5 children and the Licensee present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection a facility risk assessment tool was completed and a copy will be provided. The following education/recommendations were provided: -How long records must be kept -Diaper changing -Removal of scrap wood at the sides of the house The following resources were provided: -Public Health Guidance for Communicable Disease resource The inspection findings were reviewed with the Licensee at the time of inspection and a copy of the inspection report and risk assessment were provided.
