- The counter tops, the food controlled units, the exhaust hood were not in a sanitary condition.
Correction: - Thoroughly clean and sanitize the facility.

Observation:
- Hand sink has paper towel and hot/cold running water, however, no hand soap available for washing hands.

Correction: - Hand sink has to be fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water all the time.

Follow up health inspection to report YLUU-CGHRGX.
The restaurant is temporarily closed to the public, with an anticipated reopening date in September 2022. A sign has been posted at the front entrance to the premises stating that the restaurant is closed.
As discussed with the owner, the violations noted on the last health inspection report dated July 20, 2022 are to be corrected prior to reopening to the public. The owner is to contact the district Environmental Health Officer (EHO) for re-inspection once violations have been corrected. EHO contact information was provided during the inspection.
