Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink buildup noted on the nozzle head of the bar drink dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Bar tender immediately started cleaning and sanitizing the drink dispenser after being informed.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
2 soup were being hot held at over 60.0C.
Food contact items noted sanitary and in good condition.
12.5 PPM iodine residual detected at the plate level from the bar dishwasher.
High temperature dishwasher was noted with 80.1C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
General Manager has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - expires June 2026.
No signs of active pest activities were observed during the inspection.
