The facility serves as a base for catering as well as a food concession for the sports field.
Obtain a food probe thermometer. Check temperature of steam tables to ensure that they are at 60C 140F or higher.
Ensure temperature record sheets are available to view at inspections.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Bleach is available. Spray bottle is filled with bleach solution.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
