Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw chicken meat was stored beside a box of carrot in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store raw meats close to fruits, vegetables and ready to eat foods. Manager moved the raw meats away.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in cooler at 3C.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Hot holding not in use at the time. Ensure hot food can be hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available from the dispenser and in bucket.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm bleach at plate level.
- Deli slicer and ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
