Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Dried on food soil noted on the grater.
2. < 10 PPM chlorine residual detected in the chlorine sanitizer container in the bar area.

1. Grater was rewashed and sanitized during the inspection. Please ensure all cleaned dishes are visually inspected for cleanliness prior to storing away.
2. Staff refilled the bleach sanitizer container and 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected after.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold units were at 60.0C or higher. Note: Reminder to always heat up sauces or food for hot holding to at least 74.0C prior to placing in the hot hold units.
Food in general were stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Low temperature dish machine was noted with 50 PPM chlorine residual.
Bleach sanitizer container in the cooking area was noted at 200 PPM chlorine residual.
