Follow-up to report # MBEK-CQKV4A.
Operator had contacted Environmental Health Officer (EHO) for a follow up inspection as it was stated that dishwasher was achieving a temperature of 71 degrees C or higher at the utensil surface. It was stated that manual ware washing procedures were still in use pending EHO follow up.
At the time of the inspection, the dishwasher was reaching a final rinse temperature of 63 to 68 degrees C. Operator stated he has contacted a service technician for the dishwasher.
Manual ware washing procedures are still in use. Bleach water sanitizer available at two compartment sink at 100 ppm chlorine. Only single service utensils to be provided to customers at this time.
Please contact the EHO for follow up once dishwasher has been serviced.
