Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection: Cooler units at 4C. Freezer units at -10C. No hot holding of food products Food items properly covered. No pest activity noted. General sanitation is satisfactory. hand washing station satisfactory. 3 compartment sink available. Bleach ( chlorine) used as a sanitizer. No food preparation was being performed. Note: All FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013 will expire on July 29, 2018.
