Observation: Some cleaning has been performed especially in dishwashing area and prepline. However, following conditions still observed.
1. Build-up of food debris and dirt underneath storage tables, food prep counters along the kitchen prepline and dry storage areas
2. Dry storage room poorly organized. Dirty shoes etc stored next to food items in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitized all of the areas mentioned.
Organize dry storage room and remove all uncessary and personal items. Date to be corrected by: March 10 2022

Observation: The following corrective actions must be taken by March 10 2022:
1. Staff belongings (shoes, aprons, purses etc) must be stored on a designated shelf or in a cabinet outside the food storage room
2. Clean floors thoroughly underneath all tables and in hard-to-reach areas to remove dirt and food spills
3. Ensure all food items are stored 6" off the floor
4. Boxes of potatoes must be stored on pallets or shelving 6" off the floor
5. Repair the leaks at the drain for the double wash sink
6. Remove all construction supplies and tools from the premises.

Observation: Several items related to construction (tile cutter, paint, plaster, ladders etc) stored near the back entrance.
