2. Bleach surface sanitizer in the back bleached out test strip paper
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure that there is always a foodgrade approved sanitizer in the front and back area. Do not use lysol wipes on food contact surfaces
2. Prepare 100 to 200ppm concentration for bleach surface sanitizer. Excessive amounts of bleach can introduce chemical contamination and corrode surfaces

Paper-based inspection report 257632

Routine inspection
- All sinks equipped with hot/ cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Three compartment sink with plugs available for manual warewashing. Staff prepared sanitizer compartment during time of inspection. Concentration measured to be at 100ppm for chlorine residual.
- Chest freezer (ice-cream display and two chest freezers) measured to be at -18C or less
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 4C or less
- Dairy products for coffee stored in ice and replaced regularly
- Ice cream scoop stored in dipper well. Water replaced when necessary. Temperature measured to be at 60.9C
- Baked goods (e.g. pies, muffins, and other pastries) purchased from an approved supplier
- Staff presented valid and current FOODSAFE Level I or equivalent certificate
- Permit displayed in visible location
- Hopper for coffee and slushie machine cleaned and sanitized regularly

1. Do not mix soap with bleach water as soap makes bleach less effective
