Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Foods from approved sources. Individual cake slices obtained from Sysco.
-Thermometers in each unit for temperature monitoring.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.2'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

NOTE: More dry storage bins to be obtained for the back area.
