Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions taken:
- Rodent bait stations have been removed and replaced with glueboards.
- Floor (edges and corners) in storage rooms, under shelving unit at entrance to kitchen and in area where cardboard (for disposal) is kept have been cleaned and sanitized.
*Some areas were missed or additional droppings area present. See below for details.
- Pest control technician has been on-site and completed additional pest proofing (filling holes). Viewed report. Pest control service is every two weeks.
- In use wiping cloths kept in chlorine sanitizer solution (100-200ppm). Manager reported chlorine test strips have been ordered.
- Pork bone broth is being prepared/heated as needed. Observed broth being heated on stove top at time of inspection.

Pending to be addressed:
- Minor amount of mouse droppings remain on the floor in the corners of storage room #1 and #3 and in the area where the cardboard for disposal is kept. Thoroughly clean corners and edges to remove remaining mouse droppings and sanitize the affected areas. Monitor daily for any additional activity and if any additional droppings are noted, clean up promptly and sanitize affected area. If rodent activity is noted, notify pest control where the activity was noted so that additional traps can be placed.
