Follow up inspection. All outstanding issues have been corrected: -Open dry bags of food were stored in food containers with tight fitting lids. -Food was covered in storage areas. -Cardboard was removed from the shelf and it was replaced with a washable liner. -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was set up in two bleach buckets with wiping cloths near the front and back area.
